-If you choose to join us after a one-year Trial Membership, a total of $25,000 is due over a 10-year period ($2,500 payable once a year x 10 years) If for any reason you resign during this 10 year period, you are under no obligation to continue making installments on Initiation Fee or continue to pay monthly dues.
